Our Journey

Founded by Jamie Pilling, JEP Youth Engagement is dedicated to supporting vulnerable young people and adults change their lives.

Building Educational Values

JEP Youth Engagement is made up of positive role models with whom young people and adults can relate, build rapport with, and aspire to emulate. With the right mix of opportunity, respect, dedication, and commitment, we believe that every young person and adult has the ability to reach their full potential.

Young people and adults are at the heart of everything we do, helping us shape the services we offer and how we offer them. Unlike other organisations we don’t just plug the holes and move the problem along, instead we build long lasting relationships whilst demonstrating and delivering real, tangible results.

The long term impact will be improved academic outcomes and life chances.

What we offer

JEP Youth Engagement offers young people of all ages a unique opportunity to actively shape their futures.

By treating every young person with the respect, they deserve as an individual, rather than just another ‘troubled individual’ to be managed through the system, we help them develop the necessary skills, confidence, positive attitude and resilience they need to make a constructive change to their lives, families and communities.

We help them address their challenges in a safe environment, which in turn enables them to be fully equipped with everything they need to fulfill their full potential in the future.
